Thank you all for your cooperation and collaboration with the Known Crewmember program (KCM) over the years. This program provides a quick and reliable way for the most trusted employment group to traverse airport security efficiently. We believe the continuation of this program is paramount. TSA began a transition to an internally managed system called the Crew Member Access Program (CMAP) with a fully biometric solution. Due to a few delays, A4A has continued the KCM program with ARINC/Collins and will be sunsetting our program as of the end of 2026. A4A is working closely with the transition team at TSA through bi-weekly meetings as TSA works through the transition.
